1) All registrations are offered subject to availability

2) Our liability in the event of inability to supply the registration shall be limited to the refund of all monies paid.

3) Initial payments are neither transferable nor refundable in the following instances:

a) The buyer changing his or her mind.
b) Failure to supply recipient documents within two months.
c) Failure to pay the outstanding balance within 14 days.

4) Some of the registration advertised or otherwise offered for sale, are for sale on behalf of third parties.

5) Some registrations offered for sale shall have VAT at the current rate added to the purchase price.

6) The Dept of Transport fee, currently either £105 or £80.00, is not included in the purchase price.

7) All contracts are deemed to take place at Dundee, and hence to be governed by the laws and acts of Scots law pertaining at the time, and to come under the jurisdiction of the Sheriff Court sitting in Dundee.

8) In the event of transfer not being completed within two months (as a result of buyers delays) Either the transfer will be cancelled or storage will be charged and a further transfer fee will be payable if it is necessary to transfer the registration for storage purposes.

9) Balances paid by credit card will be subject to a surcharge to cover costs.

10) We reserve the right in all cases to enforce the completion of the contract.

11) Notwithstanding (3) & (10), should a purchaser wish to cancel we may at our discretion impose a further cancellation fee.

12) INTERNET PURCHASES. For all registration purchase orders placed through our website secure link, we shall have the discretion whether to take the full payment from the credit card details, or to take an initial part payment, and request the balance by cheque. (In practice for lower priced and prefix numbers we shall normally take full payment, and part payments for higher priced numbers. This does not preclude payment of the balance by credit card but see (9) above. At the time of writing our credit card charges are as follows: Switch: 0% Visa/Mastercard: 1.5% AmEx: 3.5% These are subject to change, however no surcharge will be applied without your prior approval. NB No surcharge is applied to your initial payment whether this is a full payment or part payment)
